By using this website and placing orders you agree to the following terms. I reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the current version is always at violettear.com/terms.

About the Products

All items are vintage, secondhand, or handmade and are sold as one-of-a-kind pieces unless otherwise stated. Descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible; minor colour variations may occur due to screen differences. Condition notes are provided honestly — please read them before purchasing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. I reserve the right to correct pricing errors before processing an order.

Orders & Stock

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the item(s). Because each piece is unique, items are reserved for 15 minutes while you complete checkout. If checkout is not completed in time, the item is released back to the shop. Once payment is confirmed the item is permanently removed from sale.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is found to be damaged after listing. In such cases a full refund is issued immediately.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, copy, and design on this website are my own. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Violet Tear is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. My liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
